As my Missoula home project in ongoing, I have made more headway with my house in Stevensville. I bought the home for a friend who was moving back from California, with the option to buy. He and his wife’s business interests moved towards Missoula so they bought in Lolo, MT. As such, I’m wrapping up my remodel of that place and will be selling it.

It was already in great shape and updated by a retired couple. The only things that needed attention were the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I remodeled most of the kitchen before my friend and his wife moved in, and have one more day of work. See the current before/after pics of the kitchen below and I’ll share the bathrooms ones soon.

DURING (in-progress):
Here I had the new floor, counter, sink and refrigerator in and started working on finishing the walls and adding some wainscoating and chair-rail.

AFTER (still a couple details to complete):
I’m pleased with the transformation and am going to leave the border up top, just to give the next owners something to do. Also the basement is about 800 sq. feet and just wide open. It’s insulated and framed and they can do anything they want.
