Jamie’s dad, Joe, helped prep the bathroom and ripped up the carpet while I wrapped up the kitchen.

Okay I lied, it will take me two more days to finish and not one. I installed a new floor and baseboard and patched wallboard just to make everything in tip-top shape. As such, I need to return for one more half-day and touch up paint, plus install a new wax seal in the tank portion of the toilet.

Current progress:
- new floor in main bathroom, new baseboard
- outlet covers in kitchen, new baseboard
- patched wallboard

After pulling the toilet and sealing the floor, waiting for it to dry.

New vinyl, awaiting for its new home.

Laying out the new vinyl, preparing to cut/fit

Final cuts and preparing for glue.

Applying glue to surface.

Rolling out the vinyl.

And then there was a new floor.

House to do:
- touch up paint, finish baseboard
- caulking and sealing
