Nakalele Blowhole - Maui
We drove up to the Nakalele blow hole to witness another of earth’s great sites, similar to the geysers of Yellowstone which have still eluded my witness - odd given that I grew up in Montana but often the case when you are a native, you take some of the great beauties of your surroundings for granted. Nakalele Blowhole is the result of the ocean wearing away the shore below the lava shelf. Below are a few photos from afar and quite near.
