					<description>Looked at Netbeans and some very cool drag/drop functionality but I don't like "black box" solutions; some of the auto-gen features for web services, etc., were undesirable but would certainly use Netbeans if building Mobile apps (BREW / midlets / etc).  

Eclipse is the IDE of choice for developers I work with overseas and it's easier to collaborate, document and train when you are standardized.  The countless plugins available, plus integration with our chosen environments for versioning, build management, frameworks, etc. made it the IDE for us.</description>
